Stock samples ship within 2-3 working days, and express delivery to most countries takes 3-5 days. Custom samples with your logo/color take 7-15 days for production, plus shipping time.
Yes! For custom samples, the sample fee is fully refundable or deductible from your first mass production order (when order quantity meets the agreed MOQ).
We provide 1-2 pcs of existing stock samples for free — you only pay the courier shipping fee (typically $20-$40 depending on destination). For multiple samples or custom samples, sample fee applies.
Contact us! We have multiple solutions: (1) Choose existing stock colors which have lower MOQ, (2) Combine with other clients' orders, (3) Accept a small surcharge for small batch production. We always try to support small businesses.
Standard lead time is 15-30 days after sample approval and deposit received. Exact time depends on quantity, product complexity, and season. Rush orders can be discussed.
For samples: PayPal, Western Union, T/T, Alibaba Trade Assurance. For bulk orders: 30% deposit by T/T, 70% balance before shipment; or 100% L/C at sight.
