Founded in 2014 in Longgang District, Shenzhen, Young Silicone started as a small workshop making silicone kitchenware. Today we've grown into a comprehensive silicone products manufacturer serving clients in over 60 countries.

Compression/Injection Molding

30+ hydraulic compression & injection machines. Temperature and pressure monitored for every batch.

Trimming & Deflashing

Manual trimming + cryogenic deflashing for clean edges. Strict tolerance on flash and parting lines.

Printing/Logo

Silk screen, pad printing, heat transfer — all tested for adhesion, food safety and wash resistance.

Second Vulcanization

Post-cure baking at 200°C removes residual VOCs and ensures no smell or deformation.

QC team inspects each piece — visual, dimensional, pull-test, odor test — before packing.
